London, UK: July 14, 2026 – Italian fashion house Furla has selected MarkScout to help protect its brand online. The program covers marketplaces, social media, search and shopping ads, and domain registrations across the markets where the company sells.
Luxury and fashion brands are among the most impersonated. McAfee Labs named Coach the most impersonated luxury brand during the 2025 holiday season, and the OECD and EUIPO continue to report apparel, footwear and leather goods as leading counterfeit categories.
MarkScout will combine automated detection with analyst review, tracking sellers and domains that appear repeatedly and using that information to take down networks rather than single listings.
“A luxury customer is buying a promise as much as a product. Keeping fakes away from that promise is central to protecting the brand,” says Hannah Fletcher, marketing and events manager at MarkScout.
