London, UK: April 17, 2026 – MarkScout will lead a session at the International Trademark Association's 2026 Annual Meeting, which takes place in London from 2 to 6 May 2026 at ExCeL London. The session will look at what brand owners should do about the 2026 round of new generic top-level domains, registration data access and DNS abuse.
Attendees will hear how application windows, trademark clearinghouse updates and sunrise periods work together, and what has changed with registration data since NIS2 and the move to RDAP.
The session is aimed at trademark counsel and brand protection managers who need practical steps rather than policy background.
“We will focus on what to record, what to monitor and who to call when something goes wrong. Those details decide whether a case is won,” says Daniel Hartley, Chief Revenue Officer at MarkScout.
